What Bhashaghor is

Bhashaghor gives you access to AI assistants through chat and through WhatsApp, along with tools that help you produce finished work. The replies come from AI models run by other companies on our behalf.

Your account

One account per person, tied to your WhatsApp number. Do not share your password. If you think someone else is using your account, change your password — that signs out every other device immediately.

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's knowledge.

Plans, payment and refunds

Plans are prepaid for one month and include a set number of messages, as shown on the billing page and in your account at all times. Payment is by bKash or Nagad; you send the money and upload the receipt, and your plan starts straight away rather than waiting for us to check it.

If a payment turns out to be false or already used, the plan is cancelled. Submitting someone else's transaction, or the same one twice, ends the account.

Refunds: if the product does not work for you, message us within 7 days of paying and we will refund the full amount, provided you have used less than a quarter of the plan's messages. After that, a plan already used is not refundable. Unused messages do not carry into the next month.

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. If we change them, your current month is unaffected.

What you may not do

• Resell access, or pass our replies off as an AI service of your own.
• Share one account between several people.
• Use it to break the law, to harass anyone, or to produce material about children that no decent person would defend.
• Attempt to extract our prompts, overload the service, or work around the message limits.

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is a misunderstanding, we will say what happened and give you a chance to explain.

What the AI produces

AI gets things wrong. It can state something false with complete confidence. Check anything that matters — figures, names, legal or medical points, anything you are about to send a client.

What you type is yours. What the AI writes back is yours to use, sell and publish. We claim no ownership of either. Be aware that similar answers may be produced for other people, so no one can promise an AI reply is unique.

Availability

We aim to keep it running and we do not promise it always will. The service depends on other companies' models and on the internet between you and us. If we are down for a long stretch, tell us and we will extend your plan by the time you lost.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by not renewing. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it, and we will. If we end your account for something in the list above, unused time is not refunded.

Who we are

Bhashaghor is built and run from Bangladesh. Questions, complaints and refunds: message the WhatsApp number you received your verification code from, or email support@bhashaghor.com. These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh.
